Origin: West Africa
Skull of a female green meerkat. This monkey species lives in open savannahs and forest edges and is known for its alert posture and quick movements. The skull is slender and elegantly shaped, with a relatively short snout and sharp incisors. Females have a slightly more finely built skull type, but retain well-developed jaw muscles for processing fruit, leaves and insects.
All our animals have died a natural death in zoos or aviaries, or come from individuals. Our animals are certified and come with the necessary documentation. If you are looking for a skull that is not on the website, please contact us!
